To edit a department, click on the "Settings" button at the right top corner of the page. Then a menu will appear with options.
From the menu, click on the "Departments" option.
Then the application will redirect you to the "Departments" page, where you can see the list of all departments. Then you need to click on the "Edit" button from the "Actions" column.
Then a window will appear where you can enter the update department name. Once you enter the name, click on the "Update" button to update it.
As an example, let's rename the "Account" department to "Accounting".
Once you have changed it and clicked on the "Update" button, you will see the updated list of departments.
